The hotel was conveniently located near various amenities and facilities, making it easy to access shopping centers and restaurants. the room was spacious and provided ample storage space for luggage. the bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. the hotel staff provided prompt and efficient service.
The hotel was let down by the laundry service which was slow and unreliable.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. the location was perfect for exploring the city - within walking distance to popular attractions and local restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were always willing to assist with any need.
The room cleanliness could have been better. There were some pests in the room that made me feel uncomfortable.

The location was great, situated near many local restaurants and shops. The room had a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi, which was a plus. the staff was accommodating and helpful with giving directions to nearby attractions.
there were several pests that made their way into the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. The customer service could also have been better, as some of the staff came across as unfriendly and uninterested in helping guests.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities were up to par. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a great spread of options. The location was convenient and there were numerous transportation options available nearby.
